When is the last date for registration to CRHM 2018?

How do I register for the event?
Register online at Online payment is via Netbanking/Credit Card/Debit card. If you are registering as a Corporate entrant or as part of a Running Group, you may have received a scratch card which you can use to redeem the race registration fee on the website..

What are the rates for registration?
Registration fee is Rs. 750/-. For group/corporate discounts, please contact us at or message us on our Facebook page with your contact details.

What do I get for the registration fee?
A running Bib, with timing chip, a T-shirt, finisher's medal and a post-run breakfast shall be provided to all registered participants. During the event, you can expect hydration support along the race route and medical support.

Are there any age restrictions for participating in CRHM 2018?
As per guidelines and regulations of the Tamilnadu Athletic Association, participants need to be 15 years of age (Born on or Before Feb 3, 2003) to participate in the 10K event and to be of 18 years of age (born on or before Feb 3, 2000) in order to participate in the 21.1 K event.

Can I cancel my registration after I have paid?
No refunds.

Can I get a refund in case I want to cancel or am unable to attend the event?
No refunds.

Can I transfer my registration and BIB to another runner?
No ‒ not under any circumstance.

Can I change my race category after registration?
Yes you can. Please send a request via email to We will begin attending to an such request only after 15-Jan.

What is the data and timing of CRHM 2018?
CRHM 2018 will be held on 4-Feb-2018 (Sunday). The 21.1K event will start at 5AM. The 10K event will start at 5.30AM.

What are the start and end points of both events?
Both the 10K and the 21.1k run will start and finish at YMCA Grounds, Nandanam, Chennai.

What is the running route for the events?
The running route will be announced only just prior to the event date as this is subject to approval from the local authorities and police.

What is the prize money on offer at the event?
There is no prize money on offer. Top three finishers will be awarded a plaque.

What are the various event categories?
In the both 10 and 21K events, we will have the following award categories for top 3 finishers:
Open Category (Men ) & Open Category (Women) ‒ all ages
Veteran (Men) and Veteran (Women) ‒ 50 to 60 years of age
Senior Veteran (Men) and Senior Veteran (Women) ‒ over 60 years of age

When will I get the running bib/ t-shirt?
Running bib and T-shirt will b provided on Expo day. Details on the Expo will be communicated on this FAQ page and on our Facebook page closer to the event date. Outstation runners will collect their bibs at the same time.

Is this a timed event?
Yes. A timing chip will be attached to each BIB. All participants will need to compulsorily wear the BIB with timing chip during the race and will need to ensure that they cross all the timing mats in order to ensure that their timing will be captured.

Is the event supporting any charity?
Yes. We are partnering with Rotary Club of Adyar to support a primary school at Kandigai in Kanchipuram district. You can find more details on the link on the main page of our website.

What kind of a course and elevation can I expect?
The route will primarily be on tarred road with a few small sections that are gravelly and rough. The course is mostly flat with possibly a gentle flyover or two. Participants running barefoot are advised caution over the short sections that are prone to be gravelly and rough on the soles of the feet.
